Embracing your strength, Radiance, and Nobility: Kundalini Yoga for Woman - Upma Kaur

Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, is the original and most powerful system of Yoga. I Kundalini Yoga originated as a householder’s tradition in India, specifically designed for busy people who don’t have hours to devote to yoga each day, but who wanted a concentrated and effective practice.

It is excellent for students of all levels of experience. If you can breath you can do Kundalini yoga!  The best way to learn about Kundalini Yoga is to experience it for yourself.

Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic, complete form of yoga that uses sets of yogic postures and movements (asana), breath work (pranayama), chanting (mantra), hand positions (mudra) and meditation.

Join Dr. McClellan in a day long workshop on becoming and maintaining enthusiasm and optimism.  Explore reasons for squelching Optimism.  Participate in Experiential exercises to remove the obstacles to being enthusiastic about life.  And learn and share in exercises that maintain optimism.  This is a one day event, meeting Sunday, July 13, 2008 from 11:00 to 5:00.  The cost is $82 at the door and $68 when pre-registering.  Hope to see you there!

During this interactive day you will learn important truths about whole health - body, mind, and spirit. Topics include making choices, life’s purpose, independence, nutrition and exercise, anger management, meditation, releasing and transforming stress. You will also learn practical methods of application that are designed to help you get on track and stay there.
